2. What data we collect
We collect personal data in three ways:
Booking enquiries. When you book a discovery call through our website, the booking is handled by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. Cal.com collects your name, email address, company name, and any additional information you provide in the booking form. This data is shared with us so we can prepare for and conduct the call.
Website analytics.We use Vercel Analytics (cookieless, privacy-preserving, no personal identifiers) and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this website. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymised usage data with IP anonymisation enabled. Google Analytics only loads if you consent to analytics cookies via our cookie banner. You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the “Manage Cookies” link in the footer.
Direct correspondence. If you email us directly, we will hold your name, email address, and the content of your message for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
3. How we use your data
We use the personal data we collect to respond to your enquiries, arrange and conduct calls, and manage client relationships. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We may share data with third-party service providers where necessary to deliver our services. Currently, this includes Cal.com (booking and scheduling) and Google Workspace (email and calendar). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests: specifically, our interest in responding to enquiries and taking pre-contractual steps at your request. Where an engagement agreement is in place, we process data as necessary for the performance of that contract.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry data, including booking information and email correspondence, is held for up to 24 months from the date of your last contact with us. If an engagement begins, your data will be retained in accordance with the terms of the engagement agreement and our legal obligations. We review retained data periodically and delete it when it is no longer needed.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, to request deletion of your data, to object to processing, and to request restriction of processing. You may also have the right to data portability in certain circumstances.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). You can contact the ICO at ico.org.uk.
